By registering for a class at Stage 17, you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions

Braggins, LLC dba Stage 17 (“Stage 17”) invites you to participate in our classes (“Classes”). As a Student or as a Parent of a student (“Participant”), you agree to be bound by all terms of this Participation Agreement (“Agreement”).

FEES

Participation in the Classes requires a non-refundable Participation Fee per month. This fee helps Stage 17 cover the costs associated with operating. Rest assured, this is 50% the cost of many studios. You understand that by participating, you must pay the associated fees even if you choose to remove yourself from the class. You will be invoiced for registering and you agree that once you hand in any paperwork, you must pay any invoices by the due date or you will be subjected to a $25 administrative fee. This Participation fee is in addition to any costs you may incur in the purchase of costumes, advertising space, photographs, DVDs, food, and tickets.

THEATRE ETIQUETTE

You will arrive to all rehearsals and performances on time. Any schedule conflicts will be addressed with Stage 17 as soon as they arise. All items of importance (i.e. jewelry, cash, etc.) will be checked in with the Stage Manager upon arrival. Those items may be checked out upon departure. Any interpersonal problems with any member of the cast or crew will be directed to the Stage Manager so he/she may arbitrate. You are solely responsible for your costume. You must double-check your costume before and after EVERY rehearsal and performance. Dressing Room assignments are permanent and may not be changed. NO EXCEPTIONS! Only Cast and Crewmembers are allowed backstage. There are no parents allowed backstage or in the dressing rooms at any time for any reason. You will treat the entire cast and crew with respect. You will sign in and out for EVERY rehearsal and performance on the sheets provided. Accident Reports must be filled out for even the tiniest injury. Better to be safe than sorry! There is no food or drink allowed backstage or onstage or in the house at any time.

INDEMNITY CLAUSE

Participant shall hold harmless Stage 17 and it's owners, from any and all claims arising out of any injury, disability, or death of Participant under the terms of this Agreement.

PRIVACY POLICY

Stage 17 will not sale or share your information with any company at any time. What you do with your time is your business, not theirs. We provide photos from our classes and productions on this website. They are free to download as a service to our clients. If you do not want your photo or that of your child’s to be available online, please call us at (626) 221-6188. We also reserve the right to post any emails received in order to better market our company. Your personal information will not be posted.

TERMS OF USE

By viewing our website, you agree to all terms of use. You agree that all images, files, and text are the sole property of Stage 17 and may not be used for public use. You agree that you will receive written consent to copy or reproduce anything on this website. By use of a Username and password provided by Stage 17 for the downloads page, you agree that you will use any downloaded materials for private use only and will not reproduce or redistribute any information. You further agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute the username or password furnished to you.
